Can be remote based (South of the Midlands area preferred) with regular UK travel and visits to Colchester office

We are now entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an experienced New Business Manager to help drive our continued success. This role can be based remotely within the UK (South of the Midlands area preferred) and will play a key part in expanding our distribution network and increasing revenue, specifically within corporate/affinity partnerships.

The Role

As a New Business Manager, you will focus on identifying and securing new business across our insurer and MGA distribution channels. You’ll promote our full range of ancillary products and services, identifying and building strong, long-term partnerships and contribute directly to Arc Legal Group’s income growth strategy.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the insurance sector
  • A strong track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets
  • Confidence and experience of engaging with partners including, insurers and MGAs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
  • Legal expenses insurance or other ancillary lines (desirable)
