New Business Manager - FIBC & Industrial Packaging

NNZ is looking for a New Business Development Manager to grow our industrial packaging business across the UK. You will focus on developing new customers and opportunities, primarily for FIBCs and related industrial packaging solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors and building long-term customer relationships. You will work with customers across sectors including food, chemicals, construction and other industrial markets, understanding their requirements and identifying the right packaging solution for their application.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking and market research.
  • Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify suitable packaging solutions.
  • Convert opportunities into new customers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with colleagues across NNZ to support customers effectively.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • A strong track record of winning new customers.
  • Experience with FIBCs, industrial packaging or a related technical market is preferred.
  • A proactive, independent and commercially driven approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
