What You’ll Do

Join our IFT & Wholesale team as a New Business Manager, driving growth and expanding MCBC brand distribution across your region. Reporting to the New Business Controller, you’ll lead the acquisition of high-value customers from single-site venues to national operators—while shaping the optimal route to market.

  • Build and execute a winning new business strategy across direct and indirect channels
  • Develop a strong prospect pipeline and secure large-scale new accounts
  • Lead customer onboarding to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience
  • Use data, insight, and market knowledge to create compelling commercial proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale partners to maximise growth
  • Champion our One Stop Shop offering and digital solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in new business development within On-Trade or similar sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and P&L understanding
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident using CRM systems, data tools, and sales analytics
  • Ability to influence at senior/board level and manage complex deals
