About This Role

Are you an experienced New Business National Sales Manager, National Account Manager, or Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge? If you enjoy opening doors, building long term customer relationships, and creating growth strategies that deliver real results, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

  • Lead the delivery of a national new business strategy across the UK for Dawsongroup Vans.
  • Identify, secure, and grow high value national and regional accounts.
  • Develop and present a 12-month business development plan, creating a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long term partnerships.
  • Represent Dawsongroup professionally, promoting our values of service, integrity, and innovation in every interaction.

About You

You're someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long term partnerships. Whether you've worked in vehicle rental, contract hire, fleet solutions, or another commercial environment, we're interested in your ability to create growth and build trust.
