🚀 WE’RE HIRING: New Business Relationship Manager

Fix My Legals is growing again - and this time we’re looking for someone to help us grow our relationships, our partnerships and ultimately our business.

But we’re not just looking for another CV. We’re looking for an absolute rocket of a human being. 🚀 Someone who is brilliant at what they do — and knows it. Someone with personality, energy, ambition and a proven track record of winning new business. Someone who sets themselves high standards, thrives on results and gets a genuine buzz from opening doors and turning conversations into long-term relationships.

We expect a lot from our people. But our people should expect a lot from us too. We’ll give you the trust, support, freedom and opportunity to make this role your own and be part of a business with some seriously big ambitions. Because this isn't about finding someone to simply fill a vacancy. We're looking for someone exceptional who wants to help us build what comes next.

Someone with personality. Energy. Drive. A proven track record in winning new business. And, most importantly, someone who genuinely loves building relationships with heart, compassion and sincerity.

A little bit about us…

At Fix My Legals, we’re on a mission to revolutionise the home-moving journey and “take the FML out of conveyancing.” We’re challenging the traditional conveyancing model and building something centred around people, relationships, accountability, communication and exceptional service. We’re ambitious. We’re growing. We do things differently. We put our people first because we believe that when you surround yourself with brilliant people - trust them, support them and give them the freedom to do what they’re brilliant at - great things happen.

So, who are we looking for?

Someone who can walk into a room (or jump on a Teams call!) and build rapport naturally. Someone who has an eye for detail and can spot new opportunities. Someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations and turning those conversations into genuine, long-term partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How our hiring process works…

  • You read this and think: “Hmm… I actually want to know more.”
  • You send us your CV and tell us a little bit about yourself.
  • We have a completely informal chat - hot or cold beverage of your choice ☕🥤
  • We talk about you, us, what you've achieved and where you want to go next.
  • If we both feel the magic, we have another conversation.
  • And hopefully you end up joining us and wondering why you didn't message sooner. 😂

One last thing…

Please don't feel like you need to turn up in a suit and give us rehearsed interview answers. We care more about you being you. Tell us what you've built. Tell us about your track records and the relationships you've secured. Tell us what you're proud of. Tell us what drives you. Tell us what your weaknesses are. And tell us why you think you could help us take Fix My Legals even further.

The money bit 💰

Yes, of course it matters. We want the right person, so we're open to discussing a package that reflects your experience, track record and what you can bring to the business.
