New Business Sales Hunter – Technology Services

UK | Selling into Transport, Hospitality, Telecoms and Retail

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives on finding, pursuing and winning new clients. A global technology services business is growing across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a proven new logo hunter who can open doors, build a pipeline and close consultative services deals.

You’ll sell software development, digital engineering, cloud modernisation, data & AI, connectivity and managed services, working with technical specialists to turn client challenges into compelling commercial proposals.

Your mission

  • Identify and win new clients across transport, hospitality, telecoms or retail.
  • Generate opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and direct outreach.
  • Engage senior decision-makers, uncover needs and build a clear business case.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first contact through negotiation and signed contract.
  • Deliver against new business revenue targets.

  • Typically 12–15 years’ experience, with a demonstrable record of winning new logos.
  • Success selling comparable technology or engineering services in the UK market.
  • Experience in at least one of the target sectors.
  • A confident, consultative seller who can build trust and close complex deals.
  • Someone who creates their own opportunities and takes ownership of the number.
