WealthAi is building the AI operating system for wealth management. We help wealth managers, financial advisers, family offices and EAMs use AI across their businesses, connecting data, workflows and intelligent agents to improve productivity, strengthen oversight and free teams to focus on higher-value client work. We’re pre-seed and growing. We’re hiring a New Business Sales Executive to build pipeline, win new clients and help shape how we scale our commercial function.
The role
You will own new business from first contact through to close. You will:
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Prospect into wealth managers, financial advisers, family offices and EAMs
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers
- Run discovery conversations
- Deliver and coordinate product demos
- Build trust with key stakeholders
- Manage follow-up and next steps
- Use email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals and your network to create opportunities
- Maintain clear visibility of activity, pipeline and performance
You will work closely with our founders, commercial team, marketing and product.
This is an early-stage role
We are pre-seed, so you will help build the sales foundations as well as deliver against them. You’ll take ownership of:
- Building and managing target lists
- Creating clear reporting on activity and performance
- Testing and improving outreach
- Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing and product
- Improving our ICP, messaging, discovery and sales process
- Building better ways of working as the business grows
You should be comfortable creating structure, taking ownership and improving how things get done. The tools may be lightweight. Your operating standards should not be.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
