We’re looking for a resilient, self-starting New Business Sales Specialist who’s polished, professional, and ready to make an impact. This is your chance to join a market leader, own your territory within the Midlands, and fast-track your career in advertising sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consultative B2B sales via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
- Sell tailored digital solutions including paid social, Google Ads, content marketing, video, and websites.
- Manage your pipeline effectively, sourcing new opportunities and re-engaging lapsed clients.
- Build strong relationships and deliver campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Conduct research into client businesses and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Resilient, proactive self-starter with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills – confident, polished, and professional.
- Media sales experience or a background in education sector sales is highly desirable.
- Understanding of digital marketing products and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
