New Business Sales Executive | FT | Perm | Manchester | Hybrid | £30-40k, Bonus + Competitive Benefits

We're looking for a driven New Business Sales Executive to help accelerate that growth. This is a true new business role where you'll build relationships, generate opportunities, convert inbound and self-generated leads, and manage the sales process from first conversation to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Converting inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads into long-term clients
  • Proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers
  • Leading consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and challenges
  • Developing tailored proposals and solutions across our service portfolio
  • Negotiating and closing new business opportunities
  • Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility and sales forecasts
  • Using market and sales insights to continuously improve performance and conversion rates

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales, or another target-driven role
  • Confident generating new business and engaging prospects over the phone
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by achieving results
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Coachable, with a genuine desire to develop and grow a successful sales career

Desirable

  • Experience within B2B services, professional services, healthcare, compliance, or another regulated sector.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Health Surveillance, or workplace wellbeing services.
  • Experience selling into HR, Health & Safety, Operations, or leadership stakeholders.
