Location: Brighton (on-site)
Salary: £25,200 per year plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE of £30,000 - £35,000)

About the Role
We're looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team as a Sales Executive.
No previous sales experience is required. If you're a great communicator who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
This is a phone-based role where you'll speak with customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to our products and services. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a rewarding career with excellent earning potential.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:45-5:30pm and Fri 8:45-4pm

What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers - with some cold calling to predominantly small to medium businesses to qualify them on their mobile, fixed line, connectivity, and cloud service requirements
- Taking inbound calls, sending emails, diary management, and pipeline management
- Building rapport and developing relationships over the phone
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Generating meetings to discuss mobile, fixed line, IT, and telephone systems
- Achieving individual and team targets
- Keeping accurate records using our CRM system
- Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Resilience, determination, and self-motivation
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills
Our dream candidate will also have:
- Customer service experience - Retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience
- Previous sales experience (although this is not required)
