New Business Sales Executive – B2B Software
Bracknell/ Hybrid - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE £50,000 in year one, £60,000 in year two and £80,000+ in year three
Established top performers within the team are earning more than £100,000!
We are recruiting for a successful, market-leading software provider based in Bracknell. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious New Business Sales Executive to join their supportive and high-performing sales team.
Role Overview
This is a complete new-business sales role. You will generate your own opportunities, respond to inbound enquiries, conduct online software demonstrations and close new clients.
You will receive comprehensive product and sales training, allowing you to begin earning commission during your training period. There is also genuine progression available, including the potential to build and manage a small team of appointment setters.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email and other prospecting methods
- Understand prospective clients’ requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Conduct engaging online software demonstrations
- Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales process
- Prepare proposals, handle objections and close initial orders
- Onboard new clients before handing them to the Account Management team
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, activity and opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Review your own performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Share ideas and best practices with the wider sales team

Requirements
- Previous B2B new-business sales experience
- Experience generating opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the telephone
- Experience presenting, pitching or demonstrating a product or service
- Evidence of working toward and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- A resilient, motivated and proactive approach
- The ability to organise and prioritise a busy sales pipeline
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team
- Experience selling software, SaaS, eLearning, HR, health and safety, training or another business service would be beneficial but is not essential.
