Ingenio is working with a fast-growing technology business operating across AI, Customer Experience and Cloud.
They’re looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join the team and build a career in technology sales.
This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years’ experience in IT, technology, SaaS or B2B sales who has already had some success in new business or outbound sales and is ready to step up. There’s no established book of business — you’ll build your own pipeline, create opportunities and win new customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
- Target and engage mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities across CX, AI, Cloud and enterprise technology.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close, with support from the wider team.
- Build pipeline and consistently deliver against new business targets.

What they’re looking for
- 2 years’ experience in IT, technology, SaaS or B2B sales.
- Experience in new business, outbound sales or business development.
- A genuine hunter mentality — comfortable creating opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
- Commercially ambitious and motivated to build a long-term sales career.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
