Your Career

Step into the role of New Business Sales Executive at MHR, where you’ll take ownership of driving new business revenue and creating opportunities across the Payroll and HR market. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and lead consultative, value-based sales conversations from opportunity through to close. You’ll identify customer challenges, shape compelling solutions and position MHR as a trusted partner. This is a role for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, and motivated by turning opportunities into successful outcomes.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious sales team, working closely with colleagues and technical experts to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll have access to the tools, product knowledge, and support needed to build a strong pipeline and progress opportunities effectively.

Using MHR’s CRM and sales processes, you’ll keep your pipeline, forecasts, and customer information accurate and up to date, while sharing insight with the wider team on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.

Your Impact

Your impact will be measured by the new business you create and the revenue you deliver. You’ll take ownership of achieving your sales targets, maintaining sufficient pipeline coverage, and accurately forecasting performance.

Through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strong relationship management, you’ll identify new opportunities, influence decision-makers, and convert prospects into customers. Your understanding of the Payroll and HR landscape will help you anticipate customer challenges, demonstrate the value of MHR’s solutions, and contribute directly to our continued growth.

You’ll also help strengthen MHR’s position in the market by sharing competitor insight, maintaining high-quality sales standards, and representing the business professionally at every stage of the customer journey.
