At Ideagen, we're passionate about helping organisations manage risk, strengthen compliance, and drive operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and ambitious New Business Sales Manager to join our Sales team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a defined market or territory. You'll own the full sales cycle, from generating your own pipeline through to securing signed contracts, helping prospective customers understand the value our solutions can bring to their business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong relationships, and delivering measurable commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth within your assigned market
- Identifying and developing high-value opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building
- Managing the full sales journey, from initial engagement through to successful close
- Understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to deliver measurable business value
- Building trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Delivering compelling demonstrations, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Negotiating and closing profitable new business opportunities
- Maintaining an accurate and healthy sales pipeline to support forecasting and performance
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to maximise customer value
- Acting as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights and feedback

Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of winning net-new business in a B2B sales environment
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to close
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and articulate value
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating opportunities and building pipeline
- A resilient, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology-based services would be advantageous
