Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Associates and Business Development Managers, creating a high-performance culture that delivers consistent sales growth while developing and coaching future sales talent.
The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting stage of our journey. Enthuse recently joined The Access Group's Not for Profit Division, giving us the backing, scale and investment of one of the UK's leading software providers while maintaining our mission of helping charities raise more through outstanding fundraising technology.
How you'll contribute
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Associates and Business Development Managers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent, creating a high-performing and collaborative team.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews and forecast meetings to maximise performance and deal progression.
- Coach the team through complex sales opportunities and support negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Use data, KPIs and sales insights to identify coaching opportunities, improve conversion rates and optimise performance.
- Own territory planning and account allocation, ensuring maximum market coverage and opportunity generation.
- Embed best practice sales methodologies across the team, with experience of MEDDPICC, CHAMP or similar being desirable.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene and pipeline management within HubSpot.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to maximise commercial opportunities and share customer feedback.
- Lead by example, bringing energy, accountability and motivation to the wider commercial team.

About you
- Proven experience managing and developing a successful B2B sales team, ideally within SaaS.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting, onboarding and developing high-performing sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of the full end-to-end sales process with experience coaching others through complex opportunities.
- Experience with MEDDPICC, CHAMP or similar sales methodologies is desirable.
- Highly data driven, using KPIs, conversion metrics, forecasting and pipeline analysis to drive performance.
- Experience creating, managing and optimising sales territories.
- Commercially minded with excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- A motivational leader who builds an engaging, accountable and high-performing culture.
- Creative and solution focused, always looking for better ways to improve results and processes.
- Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
