Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as Social Media, E-commerce, ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is hiring for a New Business & Seller Growth Executive – Home & Living to join its project in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns, including email, phone and social, to identify and qualify high-potential seller-partners across the Home & Living space, including brands, retailers, manufacturers and online businesses.
- Lead initial seller pitches, translating the platform’s commercial proposition into tailored value for prospective partners at different stages of growth.
- Assess seller fit and platform readiness, identifying clear opportunities to drive revenue growth across Home & Living categories, such as home furnishings, furniture, décor, kitchen and dining, garden, DIY, household products and related areas.
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup and activation.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing seller support and smooth navigation of platform tools and growth levers.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Home & Living landscape, including key brands, market trends, competitor platforms and emerging seller opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly onboarded sellers, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the acquisition and activation journey.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Up to five years’ professional experience in a commercial, sales, business development, account management or seller-growth capacity.
- Proven B2B sales acumen, ideally gained within e-commerce, online marketplace, social commerce, retail-tech or other digital platform environments.
- Direct e-commerce experience is required, with a strong understanding of how online sellers grow, trade and optimise performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to conduct outbound outreach, deliver persuasive pitches and build relationships with external partners.
- Self-driven and well organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience or a genuine interest in the Home & Living sector, including areas such as furniture, interiors, homeware, décor, garden, DIY or household products.
- Background in a high-growth e-commerce, online marketplace, social commerce or platform business.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling or startup-style environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management and data-led commercial decision-making.
- Language requirement: English
