📍Location: Office-based in Crewe OR Hemel Hempstead OR Wimbledon OR London Graphic Centre, with travel as required.

Basic Salary: ÂŁ29,000

On Target Earnings: of up to ÂŁ65,000 based on performance


We're looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to lead the growth of Ryman's cartridge and toner recycling programme.

This is a unique opportunity to build a national network of recycling partners, working with schools, universities, businesses, councils and community organisations to create a scalable programme that delivers both commercial success and positive environmental impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop new recycling partnerships with schools, businesses, councils and other organisations.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Lead the onboarding and launch of new collection programmes.
  • Manage relationships to maximise participation and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and maximise income.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure collections run efficiently.
  • Track activity, analyse results and report on commercial performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales, business development, partnerships or account management.
  • Confidence building relationships and generating new business.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Good Excel and reporting skills.
  • A passion for delivering results and building something from the ground up.
