What You'll Do

As a Senior Account Executive for New Business in the UK & Ireland market, you will be the primary in-market commercial leader responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into strategic partnerships with large and enterprise clients. Based in London, you will serve as Criteo's physical presence in the market, driving face-to-face engagement, representing the company at key industry events, and building the senior relationships that matter most. You will leverage advanced Sales Enablement tools and proven commercial methodologies to drive growth and position Criteo as a trusted growth partner in the AdTech space.

  • Expand our client base across the UK & Ireland market by efficiently managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and client onboarding.
  • Develop and lead strategic action plans to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets across large and enterprise segments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across complex organizations acting as a trusted advisor who combines strategic insight with strong communication and executive presence.
  • Position Criteo as a trusted growth partner through insight-led, value-driven engagement, understanding clients' marketing goals, business priorities, and competitive landscape to deliver tailored, consultative solutions.
  • Represent Criteo externally as the primary in-market ambassador through industry events, executive forums, trade bodies (e.g. IAB UK, ISBA), and high-profile client engagements, elevating Criteo's brand presence in the UK & Ireland.
  • Anticipate market trends and customer needs to inform commercial strategy, share intelligence internally, and strengthen Criteo's positioning and relevance in the market.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and experts including Technical, Marketing, Product and Account Management to win and grow complex opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize pipeline development and conversion.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues, engaging in peer mentoring and coaching across the wider team.

Who You Are

  • Senior-level sales experience (min. 5 years), with a strong track record of closing high-value deals with large and enterprise clients in the UK & Ireland market.
  • Demonstrated success in complex and multiproduct technology sales, ideally within the AdTech/MarTech industry or the marketing agency landscape.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic marketing goals and business needs.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Sandler.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Strong executive presence - a confident, credible communicator who inspires trust, clarity, and long-term partnership with senior buyers.
  • Natural leader and collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional deal environments, including partnering effectively with a remote team based in Barcelona.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable navigating complexity with maturity, influence, and resilience in a market where in-person engagement is critical.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Active in social selling and industry engagement to elevate both personal and Criteo's brand visibility, with an established network in the UK & Ireland digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Irish market nuances is a plus.
