What You'll Do
Act as the primary strategic partner for new clients during their onboarding phase, guiding them through initial setup, aligning business objectives with Criteo’s capabilities, and establishing strong foundations for long-term success.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities and issues, and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate Criteo’s unique value to clients.
- Proactively grow and manage your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing return on ad spend, and ensuring high client satisfaction to minimize churn.
- Represent Criteo in person by visiting clients on-site, delivering presentations, and leading business reviews that reinforce partnership value and drive strategic alignment.
- Own and nurture long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives, and driving strategic account planning to support sustained growth and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the UKI Sales team to shape high-impact proposals for key prospects, ensuring tailored solutions that address their business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Technical, Analytics, Product, GTM) to address client needs, support complex requests, and feedback actionable insights that help shape and improve Criteo’s solutions.

Who You Are
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex topics in a clear, structured, and compelling way.
- 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management, with a strong understanding of full-funnel strategies and digital media ecosystems.
- Strong passion for measurement and data-driven decision-making, with a deep interest in understanding the “why” behind performance and how measurement frameworks (e.g. attribution, incrementality) drive business impact.
- Comfortable leading high-level strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
- Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service and optimizing campaign performance.
- Collaborative by nature, thriving in cross-functional environments and contributing to shared goals across teams.
