New Business Team Lead (Fleet & Mobility)
£45,000 to £60,000 basic + bonus + company EV + healthcare

Want the chance to lead a team without stepping away from the thrill of winning new business? This opportunity combines both. You'll inherit two BDEs, work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in building a stronger new business function. You'll join an established fleet and mobility business that has recently restructured, invested in a clearer sales model and is serious about growth. There is plenty of autonomy, strong earning potential and the opportunity to influence how the team develops.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coaching two Edinburgh-based BDEs to improve activity, quality, and results.
- Building your own pipeline and winning new fleet customers across contract hire, fleet management, and mobility services.
- Improving prospecting strategies, qualification standards, and sales processes.
- Supporting the adoption of modern outreach techniques and AI-enabled sales tools.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Track record of winning new business within fleet, leasing, mobility, or automotive services.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing sales colleagues.
- Understanding of SME and mid-corporate fleet customers.
- Ambition to develop your leadership career while remaining commercially focused.
