Join Our Team at Dacia London West
We're looking for an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our welcoming, customer-focused team at Dacia London West on the Great West Road in Brentford (TW8).
As Dacia's flagship London dealership, RRG London West offers customers one of the widest selections of Dacia vehicles in the network.
With a strong stock position across the Dacia range, you'll benefit from regular opportunities to progress customers quickly from enquiry through to handover, reducing the reliance on long factory-order lead times.
This role will primarily focus on the Dacia range, helping customers discover and purchase vehicles from one of Europe's most successful value-focused automotive brands. You will also support Renault vehicle sales when covering colleagues' annual leave and other planned absences.
You'll be representing a brand that has built its reputation on providing customers with straightforward, well-equipped vehicles that deliver outstanding value. You'll be joining a high-performing dealership with strong enquiry levels, an established customer base, and a supportive sales environment where professionalism and excellent customer care remain at the centre of everything we do.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in the showroom and understand their requirements
- Present and demonstrate the Dacia range, including petrol, hybrid, electric, SUV and family-focused models
- Support Renault vehicle sales when required
- Arrange and conduct customer test drives
- Introduce finance, insurance and protection products in a clear, FCA-compliant manner
- Use Keyloop Showroom and associated systems to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, create sales orders and schedule vehicle handovers
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
- Use CitNOW to create personalised vehicle videos and support customer communication
- Manage digital enquiries and ensure customers receive timely responses
- Support customers throughout the buying journey from first enquiry through to vehicle handover

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
