Role Description
The New Car Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Sytner Group in Worcester. In this role, you will:

- Welcome and engage prospective customers in the showroom.
- Quickly understand their needs and recommend suitable new vehicles and finance options.
- Manage the full sales process, including test drives, product presentations, negotiation, and completion of all necessary documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships, following up leads, and maintaining regular contact to encourage repeat and referral business.

You will work closely with colleagues in finance, aftersales, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistently achieve personal and dealership sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple enquiries, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Comfort with using dealership systems, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms to follow up leads and update customer information.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing, target-driven environment is highly beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence and the ability to conduct test drives safely and responsibly.
- Motivated, resilient, and committed to delivering outstanding service and contributing positively to a team environment.
