New Car Sales Executive
Enfield (EN1)
£26,000 pa, OTE £52,000 pa + Company Car
Join Our Team at Renault Retail Group Enfield
We’re looking for an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our welcoming, customer‑focused team on Crown Road.
Our modern showroom features the latest Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric, hybrid, and family‑friendly models. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where clear communication, professionalism, and positive customer experiences shape everything we do.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in the showroom and understand their needs.
- Present new Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.
- Arrange and conduct customer test drives.
- Introduce finance and insurance products in a clear, FCA‑compliant way.
- Use Keyloop Showroom to manage enquiries, update CRM records, prepare quotations, create sales orders, process part‑exchanges, and schedule handovers.
- Maintain accurate follow‑up actions through Keyloop’s integrated tools to support timely customer communication.
- Use CitNOW to record and share personalised vehicle videos, provide live walk‑arounds, and communicate through its two‑way messaging features.
- Manage customer engagement and lead responses through Keyloop’s digital lead management tools, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly.
- Support customers from first enquiry through to final handover with a helpful, organised, and professional approach.

What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience in motor retail sales, ideally within a main dealer.
- A clear communicator with a calm, helpful, and professional manner.
- Comfortable working with transparent and achievable sales targets.
- Organised and customer‑focused, with confidence when presenting vehicles, finance options, and additional products.
- Able to work confidently with digital systems, including CDK Drive, Keyloop Showroom and CitNOW, or transferable dealership software experience.
- Experience presenting finance and product options in line with FCA expectations, including structured discussions around vehicle price, part‑exchange valuations, customer budgets, and product choices.
Driving Licence Requirement
A full UK driving licence is essential for conducting customer test drives and for eligibility for the company car scheme. Both manual licences and automatic-only can be considered.
Hours & Pay
Working hours (rota basis):
- 2‑week rotation (5 days / 6 days)
- 4 weekdays between Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Alternate Sundays: 10:00am-4:00pm
- All full‑day shifts (Monday through Saturday) include a 1‑hour break; Sunday operates as a shorter continuous shift

Pay:
- £26,000 pa basic salary
- OTE £52,000 pa - achievable, regularly reached and uncapped. Our top earners are making significantly more
