LSH Auto

LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and one of the leading Mercedes-Benz dealership groups. Across new and used vehicle sales and a full range of aftersales services, the business is focused on delivering a high standard of service and helping customers find the right automotive solutions for their needs.

This is an opportunity to join a customer-focused automotive retail environment where the sales experience matters just as much as the result. As a New Car Sales Executive, you will play an important role in helping customers make confident purchasing decisions while representing a premium brand experience throughout the showroom journey.

In this role, you will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, building trust and creating a positive experience at every stage. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present suitable options, and support commercial outcomes through strong communication, relationship-building, and attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
