This is an opportunity to join a customer-focused automotive retail environment where the sales experience matters just as much as the result. As a New Car Sales Executive, you will play an important role in helping customers make confident purchasing decisions while representing a premium brand experience throughout the showroom journey.
In this role, you will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, building trust and creating a positive experience at every stage. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present suitable options, and support commercial outcomes through strong communication, relationship-building, and attention to detail.

Salary
- £27,010 plus OTE bonus plus company car
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full new car sales journey from enquiry to handover.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and match customers to suitable models.
- Negotiate pricing and finance options to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads to convert opportunities into sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding vehicle sales targets.
- Experience using a dealership CRM and maintaining strong follow-up discipline.
- Background in customer-facing sales roles involving negotiation with customers, including finance conversations and part-exchange discussions.
- Ability to build repeat business and referral customer relationships.
- Confidence conducting customer test drives and a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience with premium automotive brands is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
