New Car Sales Manager
LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership group. The business supports customers across the full vehicle ownership journey, from new and used vehicle sales to aftersales services including servicing, repairs, MOTs, tyres, and parts. As New Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the new car sales function. This role is focused on leading a high-performing team, shaping the sales approach, and helping deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand while supporting strong commercial results across the dealership.

Responsibilities
- Lead the new car sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase new vehicle volume and profitability.
- Oversee stock availability, pricing, and promotional activity for new vehicles.
- Ensure an excellent customer journey from enquiry through vehicle handover.
- Track sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience within the automotive industry, including experience managing automotive sales teams and exceeding dealership targets.
- Strong knowledge of new vehicle sales processes, automotive finance products, and automotive sales compliance requirements.
- Experience using Kerridge and Enquiry Max.
- Proven ability to analyse sales performance data and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
- Experience leading teams and managing customer relationships in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Comfortable working with senior dealership leadership, finance and insurance partners, Mercedes-Benz brand contacts, and high-value showroom customers.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
