At Vertu Toyota Ayr, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join our team. We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and company benefits.
Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process, supporting a team of Sales Advisors and Executives. You will provide regular coaching, strong leadership and robust performance management, whilst maintaining a high level of customer interaction, with both first and second-facing activity at the heart of the role.
Working with Toyota, one of the world's most respected automotive brands, you will have the opportunity to represent a manufacturer renowned for quality, innovation and customer loyalty. With a strong line-up that includes the Yaris, Corolla, C-HR, RAV4 and Toyota's market-leading hybrid technology, the brand continues to attract a broad customer base and enjoy strong demand across the UK.
You will support and motivate your team to sell new vehicles alongside a range of add-on products, finance and insurance solutions, whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration while ensuring the highest ethical standards are consistently upheld.

Based in Ayr, this dealership benefits from serving an established local community and a wide customer catchment across Ayrshire. The location offers excellent opportunities to build lasting customer relationships within a well-known retail environment, supporting both repeat business and new customer acquisition.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering strong sales performance within the motor industry.
You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to achieve impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as your primary focus will be leading your team to achieve and exceed their business objectives.
