At Vertu Mazda Redditch, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000 plus company car and company benefits.
About the Role
Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced business manager / Assistant Sales Manager who is ready for the next step or Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
- Demonstrate ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry
