The Role & Team
At Brabners, we're looking for a proactive and client-focused New Client Services Executive to play a key role in helping prospective clients take their first step with our firm.
As the first point of contact for many of our new enquiries, you'll deliver an outstanding client experience, building rapport quickly, understanding individual needs, and ensuring enquiries are directed to the right teams and specialists. You'll manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to conversion, helping us grow our client base while maintaining the high standards of service we're known for.
Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you'll use HubSpot to manage prospects, maintain accurate records and provide valuable insight that supports informed and effective conversations with potential clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the continued growth of one of the UK's leading independent law firms.
Agencies: We are not accepting CVs for this role as we are aiming to fill it directly. We value your support and will reach out if required. Please do not send speculative CVs. Any unsolicited CVs sent to hiring managers or the business, without prior instruction from a member of the Talent Acquisition team, will be treated as a gift.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
