New Commercial & EV Sales Consultant
A rare opportunity has arisen for a New Commercial & EV Sales Consultant selling Ford Commercial Vehicles, the market leading Commercial Vehicle brand, with a commanding market share and exciting new EV product to lead the way into the future.
Based at our group Transit Centre in Shrewsbury, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills to join our highly successful team at the very exciting moment in our industry.
As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) business with over 10 years of history, we invest in our people, our training, and our long-term future.
About You
- A people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Sales experience is great, but enthusiasm and drive are even better!
- Great communication skills and a knack for negotiation.
- A valid driver’s license (so you can enjoy our wonderful range of vehicles).
- A team player, it’s a team effort at Furrows Transit Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
- From online enquiries to showroom visits, you’ll turn leads into loyal customers.
- Provide expert advice and personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
- We will help you learn Ford’s Commercial Range and technologies so you can wow every customer.
- Undertaking enthusiastic presentation of the vehicle and carry out test drives.
- Handing over New Vehicles, explaining the fantastic features to the customer to maintain the highest satisfaction.
- And of course, we will celebrate success and watch your earnings skyrocket!

- A basic salary plus commission - £40,000 - £45,000 OTE

Hours of work: 45.75 hours per week (including working 1 in 3 Saturdays pro rota).
