Position: New Communities Manager

Salary: SO2, pt 26. £32,909 p/a
Hours: 40 hours per week (includes some half-day Saturdays, early mornings, and evenings)
Contract: September 2026 – March 2029
Location: Outreach, off site, and Booth Centre

Role Overview

The Booth Centre is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and values-driven Service Manager to lead our New Communities Support Service. This innovative service is designed to prevent and reduce homelessness among migrant and refugee communities through early intervention, tailored support, and strong partnership working.
The postholder will lead the New Communities Navigator team, oversee an open-door support pathway, and spend significant time off-site developing strategic relationships with statutory agencies and voluntary organizations. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider operational leadership of the Booth Centre.
