Applications are closing soon, making this your final opportunity to join our upcoming Graduate Programme.

Our New Generations Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work. This is more than just a graduate scheme. It's an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and develop a rewarding career within a leading financial services organisation.

The NSSL Graduate Experience

As an NSSL Graduate, you'll gain unique insight into how a large-scale financial services operation delivers exceptional outcomes for clients and customers every day.

From the outset, you'll be involved in real business challenges, working alongside experienced colleagues across a variety of functions. You'll discover how operations, technology, data, change, governance, learning, and customer experience come together to drive business success.

Throughout the programme, you'll:

  • Gain hands-on experience working on live business projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop a broad understanding of customer operations, savings, and client delivery.
  • Help drive improvements that enhance customer and colleague experiences.
  • Use data and insight to support decision-making and identify opportunities for change.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and build a strong professional network.
  • Develop valuable skills in stakeholder management, problem solving, communication, and project delivery.
  • Share your ideas, challenge the status quo, and contribute to shaping the future of how we work.

You'll be supported every step of the way by experienced leaders, mentors, and colleagues who are genuinely invested in your development. The programme offers broad exposure to the business, helping you build both commercial awareness and practical experience in a supportive environment.

By the end of the programme, you'll have developed a strong understanding of financial services, operational excellence, and how businesses create value for customers. Most importantly, you'll have laid the foundations for a successful long-term career, with opportunities to progress into permanent roles across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
