Location:
Concord, Ontario

Job Description

Learn the business. Lead the business.

If you are graduating in 2026 or 2027, or are a recent graduate, and want more than a traditional entry-level role, Guillevin’s Corporate Management Trainee Rotational Program is designed to give you hands-on experience across the core areas of our business while preparing you for future leadership opportunities.

We also welcome applications from candidates who have previously completed a college or university program and are looking to build a long-term career in supply chain operations and sales leadership.

Over approximately three years, you will build hands-on experience across operations, sales, purchasing, inventory, customer service, and business development, gaining a complete understanding of how a Guillevin Business Centre operates and how to lead one successfully.

The long-term goal is to prepare high-performing participants for future leadership opportunities, including the potential to manage existing and new Business Centers within the Province of Ontario and take ownership of its people, customers, sales, operations, and profitability.

What you will learn:

With support and mentorship from experienced managers you will learn by doing while rotating through key areas of the business. You will build practical experience in:

  • Warehouse and inventory operations
  • Customer service and counter sales
  • Inside Sales
  • Outside Sales
  • Purchasing and supplier relationships
  • Customer relationship management
  • Operational planning
  • Financial and business performance
  • Team leadership and employee development
  • Branch profitability and decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
