Sales Advisor — New Homes
We are working with a leading national housebuilder looking to recruit experienced Sales Advisors to work across several developments in the South Midlands. With multiple roles available, this includes established sites, a brand-new development launching soon, a roaming position covering multiple locations, and the flexibility to choose your preferred site across the region.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus realistic OTE of £60,000. One of the roaming positions also carries a guaranteed commission every month, on top of the basic salary, to reflect covering multiple sites rather than one fixed development.

You will be experienced in new homes sales, having worked for a developer or housebuilder guiding customers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will have a solid understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Sales Advisor, and it is essential you understand the new build sales process, including Part Exchange, Help to Buy and other incentive schemes. You will be target-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working weekends as standard in this industry.

Key Requirements:
- New homes sales experience — essential
- Currently working for, or recently worked for, a housebuilder or developer
- Knowledge of the new homes property market
- Experience managing customers through the full sales journey, including Part Exchange and Help to Buy
- Confident using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable working weekends as standard in this industry
