At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a confident and driven New Homes Sales Advisor to join our busy new build development in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent, Property Sales Advisor or Sales Professional to join a high-volume development with lots of new homes to sell and strong commission potential.

About the role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll manage the customer journey from the initial enquiry through to reservation and sale. You’ll build relationships with prospective buyers, conduct viewings, follow up enquiries and use your sales skills to convert opportunities into successful property sales. This is a busy development with plenty of available stock, so you’ll have a great opportunity to make the most of your sales experience, customer service skills and ability to convert leads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
