Customer Relations Executive
Location: On-site, West London
Salary: £45,000 basic + bonus
Contract: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday
About the opportunity
A London-focused homebuilder is adding a Customer Relations Executive to its Sales Operations team. You will be based on-site and will be the face of the development, guiding buyers from reservation to legal completion and handover. Day to day, you will own the marketing suite, act as the local expert for walk-in visitors and drive sales progression so that deals reach completion on time.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for the development, keeping the marketing suite in impeccable condition
- Welcome walk-in visitors with expert knowledge of the development and local area
- Progress sales from reservation to completion, proactively chasing solicitors to keep deals moving
- Complete choices spreadsheets and lead formal buyer communication, including pre-completion correspondence and home demonstrations
- Manage CRM records to track interactions and key milestones
- Share build updates through newsletters and personalised communication
- Organise and attend buyer events that deliver a premium experience
- Support show home delivery alongside interior designers and contractors

Requirements
- Sales experience that includes managing your own progression, or a background in sales progression
- A proactive, persistent approach to chasing solicitors and keeping completions on track
- Strong administrative skills and comfort with an admin-heavy role
- A warm, engaging personality and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail with customer information, documents and selections
- Strong time management around critical dates such as legal completions
- A collaborative approach with site, sales and customer service teams
