New Homes Manager
This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established and highly respected property business as they invest in launching a dedicated New Homes department.
Working across Telford and Wolverhampton, you'll take the lead in developing the New Homes offering, building relationships with developers, winning new instructions and becoming the driving force behind the department.
With the support of an established estate agency network, you'll have the autonomy to shape the division, with genuine long-term progression as the New Homes business continues to grow.
The Role
- Develop and grow the New Homes department across Telford and Wolverhampton.
- Build relationships with local and regional housebuilders and developers.
- Generate new business and win new instructions.
- Advise developers on pricing, marketing strategy and sales launches.
- Manage developments from instruction through to successful completion.
- Deal with the selling of plots and sites.
- Become the New Homes specialist across the business.
- Play a key role in shaping the future growth of the department.

About You
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded New Homes professional who enjoys developing client relationships and creating new opportunities.
You could already be a Head of / New Homes Manager, or an experienced New Homes Executive looking to take the next step in your career.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous New Homes experience.
- A track record of winning business and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
