Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next career move in a brand-new role?

We're looking for an organised and reliable administrator to join our New Homes Programme team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, processes and people, and is ready to build on their existing administrative experience in a varied and rewarding role.

You'll play an important part in helping us deliver new homes by ensuring programme information, customer records and key documentation are accurate, well-maintained and easy to access. Working closely with a range of teams, you'll help support activities across sales, resales, legal processes, onboarding, defect management and programme delivery.

No two days are quite the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing high-quality work and is keen to develop their skills and experience with New Homes/Development area of our organisation.

Flexible Working

This role is advertised at 37 hours per week, but we're happy to discuss flexible and part-time working arrangements (minimum 22 hours per week), including flexibility around caring responsibilities.

About You

You may already be working in an administrative role and looking to take the next step in your career or you may be an experienced administrator looking to develop your career, a data-focused coordinator who enjoys organisation, or someone with experience supporting development, construction, housing, or project teams.

You'll have:

  • Experience of providing high-quality administrative support.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • The ability to maintain accurate records, data and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks and deadlines.
  • A professional approach to handling confidential information and data.
