We are currently working with a leading 5⭐ housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a fast-paced development in Northamptonshire. 🏡 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Generate and convert new sales leads
- Conduct viewings and effectively present the development and properties
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements
- Negotiate sales and maximise opportunities to increase revenue
- Promote and sell available plots, upgrades and extras
- Maintain accurate records and keep the CRM system up to date
- Work closely with sales progression, construction and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets

👤 About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience within New Homes sales
- Is confident, driven and commercially minded
- Has a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Is motivated by commission and high earning potential
- Can work confidently as a single-manned Sales Advisor
