New Homes Sales Advisor - Monday to Friday
Bracknell | £38,500 | No commission
Love property, but ready to leave the weekend sales grind behind?
If you're an Estate Agent, New Homes Sales Consultant or Shared Ownership professional who enjoys working with customers but wants more stability, better hours and less pressure, this could be a great next move.
We're looking for an experienced property professional to join a residential developer in Bracknell on a Monday-Friday basis, with only occasional Saturday cover when required.
And importantly, there's no commission target.
This is much more of an advisory and customer-focused sales role - helping customers understand their options, managing the process and making sure everything progresses smoothly, rather than constantly chasing the next sale.
Why is this role different?
- Up to £38,500 basic salary
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Saturdays only occasionally when required
- No Sunday working
- No commission structure
- 12-month contract with a view to permanent
- Customer-focused rather than target/commission driven
- Use your existing property knowledge without the traditional estate agency lifestyle

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
