Are you an experienced salesperson who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships and closing deals?

This could be an excellent opportunity to move into new homes and retirement living, with full training provided and the chance to earn substantial commission alongside a 4-day working week.

We're looking for a confident, personable and commercially minded New Homes Sales Advisor to join a beautiful new retirement development in Stow-on-the-Wold, North Cotswolds.

You'll be based on-site, meeting prospective residents, conducting viewings, managing enquiries and following customers through to sale or rental.

The package

  • £115 per day, working 10am-5pm
  • £2,500 commission for every completed sale
  • £1,500 commission for every completed rental
  • £250 monthly bonus for excellent CRM management
  • 4-day working week - Saturday to Tuesday
  • Wednesday-Friday off every week
  • Full training and ongoing support
  • Immediate start available
  • Temporary position initially, with genuine potential to become permanent

The commission is uncapped, so your earning potential increases with the number of sales and rentals you complete.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for the full customer journey, from the initial enquiry through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
