New Homes Sales Consultant
Regenta are looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join us in our growing team in Cambridge.
Responsibilities
- Drive viewing appointments on a weekly basis
- Enthusiastic with a hunger to achieve as many sales as possible and represent the company to its high standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues
- Ensure the sales database is up to date with contact and notes
- Discussing affordability and eligibility requirements with interested parties
- Effective in closing sales quickly
- Must be presentable at all times in line with our dress code
- Assist with the progression of secured reservations to exchange and completion
- To manage the threat of cancellations and minimise the cancellation rates
- Deliver the highest quality in customer service
- Be a team player
- Monthly competitor research to be completed
- Able to operate our CRM database system effectively - training provided
- To manage and resolve any customer complaints
