Want to gain immediate experience in property sales with a clear path to progression?

Team orientated and looking to escape the competitive atmosphere of a typical sales role?

Know you're good at sales and dealing in property, but not sure where to start?

In a position for a 5* developer, you will gain the vital experience and training needed to accelerate your career before committing to a permanent contract.

Ideal if you are based within commuting distance of North London; primarily Wood Green, Finsbury Park and Stamford Hill area.

Unlike Estate Agency, a New Homes sales agent is based within the marketing suite and sells new build properties off-plan to would-be buyers. You'll provide a beacon of knowledge for your area of the city, provide guidance on what purchasers can expect and lend a reliable ear to their queries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why New Homes?

  • Good work/life balance. Working out of a marketing suite means your hours are typically 10am - 6pm and no later.
  • In-depth knowledge gained of what it means to sell a private or affordable property. You may decide to progress into a position in property consultancy, as a real estate broker, a sales progressor, in customer care, facilities management or more - ideal if you want to break into the world of working for developers on a long-term basis.
  • Not your typical'sales' role. New homes sales executive build longer term relationships with home-buyers, from reservation to moving in. A more consultative and customer-focused style of selling is what's needed.
