New Homes Sales Executive - Harringey, London
£32,000 base | OTE £55,000 | Immediate start
Are you looking to sell more than new homes but sell a community in an up and coming regeneration project in North London? We're recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive for an exciting development in Harringey, working on behalf of a leading housebuilder.
The Role
As the face of the development, you'll guide buyers through every stage of their journey - from first enquiry to reservation and completion - while helping to maintain sales momentum and deliver an outstanding customer experience on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales process: enquiries, viewings, reservations and completions
- Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers and delivering first-class customer service
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales administration
- Supporting site presentation, marketing activity and show home standards
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal teams to keep sales progressing
- Achieving individual and site sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience in new homes sales or estate agency (essential)
- Strong customer service skills and a confident, professional manner
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working weekends
- Immediately available or on a short notice period

- £32,000 base salary, £55,000 OTE
