Sales Negotiator

Onsite

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 basic + £22,000 OTE

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team on-site in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer journey for our buyers.

You will be the face of the development on-site, guiding purchasers through every stage of their buying journey - from initial enquiry through to legal completion - while working closely with our sales, marketing and construction teams to maximise sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for new homes at the Nexus development, from first enquiry to completion
  • Conduct viewings and effectively present the development, show homes and plots to prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, providing regular updates throughout their journey
  • Achieve and exceed individual and site sales targets
  • Accurately manage reservations, paperwork and CRM records in line with company procedures
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and independent financial advisors to progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Keep up to date with local market conditions, competitor developments and pricing
  • Maintain the show home and sales office to the highest presentation standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working within the property industry is essential
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A professional, well-presented and customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends, as is standard within new homes sales
