Renowned Homes

Renowned Homes is a London-based new homes consultancy that partners with property developers to sell residential schemes from launch through to completion. This is not a traditional estate agency that lists units and waits for portal enquiries. Renowned Homes operates as a strategic extension of the developer's own business, taking ownership of pricing, positioning, marketing, and sales execution across every stage of a scheme's lifecycle. The company has sold over £80m in new homes to date, has been recognised in UK Parliament for its work, and continues to grow its portfolio of developer partnerships across London. Renowned Homes runs on a founder-led, high-performance model, with a strong internal culture built around accountability, coaching, and rewarding results. This is a business built by people who wanted to do property differently, and it is looking for negotiators who want to be part of that rather than just work within it.

Role Description

This is a self-employed, commission-only role for a New Homes Sales Negotiator working across a live portfolio of developer schemes in London. The role covers the full buyer journey: handling enquiries, qualifying buyers properly so time is spent on the right conversations, running viewings that actually convert, managing negotiations with confidence, and progressing deals through offer, exchange, and completion. You will be working alongside an experienced, founder-led sales team, with structured onboarding to help you understand the London new homes market, the developer landscape you'll be selling into, and the sales process Renowned Homes has built its reputation on. This is not a role where you're left to figure things out alone. There is real support behind you, from training through to ongoing coaching, but the expectation is that you bring genuine sales ability and a strong work ethic to match it. Negotiators who perform well have a clear path to take on more responsibility and a larger share of the business's live opportunities over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in new homes, estate agency, or another high-volume, target-driven sales environment, with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage buyer objections, hold your ground on price and terms, and progress deals without losing momentum
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and face to face, with the ability to build genuine rapport quickly across a wide range of buyer profiles, including UK owner-occupiers, buy-to-let investors, and international buyers
  • A consultative, professional sales approach rather than a purely transactional one, understanding that buyers are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working on a commission-only, self-employed basis, with the discipline to manage your own time, pipeline, and follow-up without close supervision
  • Strong attention to detail through the offer, exchange, and completion process, understanding that deals are won and lost in the follow-through, not just the pitch
  • Genuine interest in property and the London new homes market, with a willingness to keep learning as the market and the business evolve

What We Offer

  • Access to a live, active portfolio of developer stock across London, giving you real opportunities to convert rather than a cold market to break into alone
  • A structured onboarding and training programme designed to get you confident and performing as quickly as possible, backed by ongoing coaching from an experienced sales team
  • Uncapped commission potential, with no ceiling on what a high performer can earn and a direct link between your effort and your income
  • A founder-led environment where performance is genuinely recognised, with a clear path to greater responsibility and opportunity for negotiators who consistently deliver
  • The backing and credibility of a company with a proven track record: £80m+ in new homes sold, recognised in UK Parliament, and a growing base of developer partnerships across London
  • The chance to build a genuine career in new homes sales within a business that is actively scaling, not standing still

Why This Role

This is a role for someone who wants to be paid on what they actually deliver, not on hours logged or box-ticking. If you have the sales ability to convert real opportunities, the discipline to manage yourself without someone standing over your shoulder, and the ambition to build something meaningful within a business that's growing fast, this is worth a serious conversation. Renowned Homes is looking for negotiators who want to grow with the company, not just fill a seat.
