Job title: New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Coventry Loveitts & Nuneaton Office
Work pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday 9am – 5.30pm, with reduced hours on Saturdays, Time back in lieu for Saturdays worked.
Salary: £28,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £37,000 per annum
The role:
Working closely with the New Homes Sales team and wider business, you’ll take an active role in the end-to-end sales process across a portfolio of residential developments across all sectors of the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting professional viewings across show homes, marketing suites, completed properties and off-plan developments.
- Managing buyer enquiries, generating leads and converting opportunities into sales.
- Negotiating offers and providing clients with clear, commercially informed advice.
- Managing sales from initial enquiry through to reservation.
- Supporting clients with pricing, sales strategy, market intelligence and buyer sentiment.
- Proactively nurturing applicants through calls, email campaigns, database activity and networking.
- Maintaining accurate records and sales information within Street CRM.
- Assisting with listings, brochures, price lists and other development marketing materials.
- Researching comparable evidence to support pricing and client recommendations.
- Producing concise weekly reports covering enquiries, viewings, feedback, offers, progression and marketing activity.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be a natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for property, sales and negotiation.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar property role.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A confident, professional approach to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, alongside the confidence to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to build rapport, influence decisions and deliver outstanding customer service.
- A professional approach and commitment to representing the Sheldon Bosley Knight brand.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
