About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Named Account Executive (Professional Services Core) is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving net new revenue and portfolio expansion across a defined set of named Law Firm and Global System Integrator (GSI) accounts in the UK. This role requires a sophisticated enterprise seller who leads with business value, operates at C-suite and board level, and orchestrates the full Salesforce ecosystem to deliver transformational outcomes for customers. This position is critical to Salesforce's Agentic-first growth strategy in the UK Professional Services segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across a named portfolio of Law Firm and GSI accounts, driving net new and expansion revenue across the full Salesforce platform.
- Sell the complete Salesforce portfolio — leading with business value, ROI, profit improvement, and growth outcomes relevant to the customer's business context.
- Apply MEDDPICC qualification methodology with rigour across all active opportunities — identifying Economic Buyers, mapping Decision Criteria and Process, surfacing and documenting Pain, building internal Champions, and maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Orchestrate the full Salesforce go-to-market team — including Solutions Engineers, Executive Sponsors, Product Specialists, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystem — deploying the right resources at the right point in the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships from line-of-business owners through to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills as a commercial differentiator — connecting Salesforce's value to the unique motivations and business priorities of key stakeholders.
- Lead customer conversations on Salesforce's Agentic-first transformation, positioning AI and autonomous workflow capabilities as central to the customer's growth and operational strategy.
- Maintain pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal hygiene in Salesforce CRM at all times.
- Represent Salesforce's values — Trust, Growth, Equality, Sustainability, Innovation, and Customer Success — in every internal and external interaction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
