We are looking for New Member & Sales Host to join our Acquisitions team.

In this role, you will play a part in being responsible for inspiring people to begin their wellness journey, delivering an exceptional sales and onboarding experience, and ensuring every new member feels welcomed, valued and supported through their first 90 days. You are the first impression of the club and a core part of building long-term member relationships.
The Role
- Take ownership of individual membership sales targets, contributing to overall club growth and retention.
- Engage prospects with empathy and curiosity, delivering value-led tours based on their goals and motivations.
- Drive self-generated leads and maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems.
- Personally welcome new members and deliver a tailored onboarding experience.
- Guide members through their first 90 days, ensuring regular engagement and a sense of belonging.
- Create moments of generosity that surprise and delight, bringing Unreasonable Hospitality to life.
- Encourage participation across classes, PT, recovery, and club services.
- Collaborate with instructors, trainers, and club teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain high standards of administration, time management, and communication.
- Support the smooth operation of the club and uphold all Virgin Active brand standards.

Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing environments (desirable).
- A strong passion for people, wellness, and meaningful connection.
- The ability to meet and exceed targets while delivering a premium experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – warm, confident, and engaging.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a natural sense of care and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and club events.
