The Role
We are expanding our Restaurant Onboarding Team to engage with all of our new restaurant partners we bring on to the Deliveroo platform that fall under the EU small and medium businesses team (SMB). We're centralising all restaurant launch and sales development activity to create a hub supporting our European markets so we can ensure we deliver a consistent approach to all restaurant partners from these teams.
As a New Partner Experience Advisor you'll be supporting new restaurants as they get started with Deliveroo and ensure they understand the process of onboarding them, answer any questions they have and generally provide a high level of service as they require it.
You'll be working to tight turnaround times, using skills to navigate requests from restaurants across the country. This will be a hybrid position after passing probation, and you will report to your Restaurant Launch Team Leader.
What you will do
- You'll be on the phone, helping our new restaurant partners get set up and ready to start taking orders.
- Working with the launch team, the sales team, and our account managers, you'll be the face of Deliveroo for all of our newest partners.
- You'll be ready to take on challenging KPIs, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
- You'll need to be organised, to maintain daily call plans to achieve your goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
