You will design, own, and continuously optimise the enquiry-to-consultation sales operation at Harley Street Fertility Clinic. This is a strategic build-and-own role where you will define the sales pipeline, create call frameworks, and run conversion diagnostics. - Design, document, and refine the full enquiry-to-consultation sales pipeline, including structured call frameworks, scripts, and performance standards.
- Build and manage performance dashboards to run conversion diagnostics, cohort analysis, and actionable revenue forecasting to drive operational change.
- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to align campaign attribution with funnel performance while ensuring patients receive expert treatment guidance.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience owning and scaling a high-performance sales or patient acquisition function with a focus on sales design.
- Proven track record of building analytics dashboards, interpreting complex funnel data, and exceeding revenue targets through structured intervention.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, preferably within healthcare, private medical, or high-value consumer sales environments where sensitivity is paramount.
